โOwners are lovely, they took great care of us. Room was a little cold and they brought us a heater plus more comfortable blankets (not the very heavy ones they'll give in some hostels). They brought us some tea as well. Very lovely couple ~โ
โGood hotel in a great location, very clean with friendly staff. I had altitude sickness, and the staff, especially Erica, went out of their way to help me through it. A nice bonus was that on the day we had to leave at 5 AM for an excursion, they prepared a breakfast box for us. On our last day, they also allowed us a late check-out (for a small surcharge), which was very convenient. The only downside was that, for some reason, the bathroom had a bad smell. โIt is located next to the wide road and easily accessible to the โPlaza de Armasโ. I walked to the โSan Pedro Marketโ and post office for sending my package to my country. Staff was very kind and gentle. It provides breakfast. I feel so comfortable at this hotel. โ

Our stay at Apu Mountain Lodge exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived, Wilson, Carolina, and their son Patrick treated us like family rather than guests.
