“Very homely feel making it a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Hospitality was first class and especially like little touches like fresh milk for in room hot drinks. Would recommend and hopefully will have a return visit in the future! ”

“Let’s start with Perfect! Spotless clean, modern, all the obvious facilities, well presented, quiet and only 30 second walk to the seafront and great places to eat or just walk. Cannot make any negative comments whatsoever and half the price of the Premier Inn. Will definitely be back and already recommended to 2 colleagues.”

“Very good location for me as it was within walking distance of my destination, parking was easy on street, without much difficulty finding a spot. Room was a good size with microwave, kettle plates and cutlery also iron/board and hair drier. TV was small but adequate with Freeview. I will be coming back here in the future.”

“No one there to check in @ 14.30 Rang the number, no answer. Called again at 15.30 no answer Called again at 17.30 to be told we’re closed, you don’t have a booking. Couldn’t care less. Absolute joke. Not to mention trying to find somewhere else to stay at 17.30 on a bank holiday. We had to go way beyond our budget to find somewhere, to say it took the shine off is a bit of an understatement Will never recommend you or your services to anyone. ”

“I've stayed there twice now on each visit to Plymouth. The rooms have been refreshed, clean and the area is generally fairly quiet. The location means you can walk to the Hoe, Barbican readily, and the Drake Circus is 5 minutes away. If I return to Plymouth, I'd readily come back!! And the staff are great :) ”

“Great location by the station, and good to have the option of doing some simple cooking with the apartment kitchen. Really enjoyed staying there, although the room was rather small and plain for the price. I imagine more suited to groups than older couples.”
