I was pleasantly surprised. Very conveniently located. The hotel staff were excellent. The immediate area was not the best. Hopefully this will improve.

Great room, underwhelming breakfast.

Friendly staff, big room with clean bathroom. Let down by an underwhelming ‘complementary’ breakfast with nothing left an hour before the end of service. All juices and pastries had vanished. Allowed only one bacon or sausage roll each which consisted of literally one sausage and one bacon rasher.

Fiendly staff, clean facilies, comfy bed, lack of staff at breakfast the poor lady was run ragged. Dirty carpets, no aircon but most importantly no windows in the rooms.or corridors which were like a maze and it felt like you were trapped in ikea.

Good experience of new hotel

It is a wonderful newly opened hotel. It’s location is in very central and 10 minutes walking to sea front and historic old streets. It has largest room I ever stayed. The bed is kind size and comfortable. I like chairs and coffee table in the corner of room. Central are circulation brings fresh air. Its bath room used good staff which gave me nice experience. I parked my car in a paying car park which is 5 minutes walking distance, and £5 for one day was acceptable.

Terrible, terrible

Word of advice stay away from room 201 as it’s located right next to the lift and you will not be able to sleep due the lift being in use all through the night, A member of staff made a comment in regards to the hotels “permanent guests” so make of that what you will

Good stay for a couple of nights

Probably a little overpriced for the facilities we had. Pros: - Complimentary continetal breakfast - good location, right in the centre near all the shops. - large room and bed - included teas, milks and coffes which were replenished - good working modern bathroom and shower - well working wifi - easy check in and checkout - vending machine in the building Cons: - no tv remote, you have to use an app on your phone but it couldnt find the tv so we were unable to use - bed was not to my comfort, quite hard. - no window in the room so got quite warm and stuffy - missing basic room items, e.g, a fridge

This is the second time I have stayed at OYO. The first time was a couple of months ago, and I had an excellent time. This time, unfortunately, the drain in my shower didn't drain properly, and the television didn't work properly. When I reported this shortly after I arrived, nothing was done for the two nights and days that I was there. A great shame.

Ich habe mich in diesem Hotel total unwohl gefühlt. Es gibt so gut wie keine Fenster, weder im Zimmer noch im Frühstücksraum oder auf den Fluren.

Ideal location

Fantastic location if you have any type of business in plymouth. Whether shopping , going to the Theatre or for business. Friendly staff. My only issue was the TV would not increase the volume and my planned evening ‘in’ was spoilt by this! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

För att vara en budgethotell i England så håller OYO Plymouth Central hög klass. Bekvämt rum, bra och rent badrum och hyfsad frukost. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Hôtel confortable, bien situé à de pas de la gare routière et du quartier animé. Petit déjeuner convenable mais pourrait être amélioré car pas très diversifié et élaboré (café/thé + confitures + céréales + jambon + quiche + yaourt uniquement). Le point noir, la chaleur insupportable dans tous l'hôtel, malheureusement pas de fenêtres dans les chambres donc impossible de faire aérer et pas de clim !!!

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotels getting a rework and the builders work weekends! I stayed in room 130, while it was a clean room. There are 2 fans in the main bedroom directly above your bed that are noisy beyond belief. Absolutely no way of turning them off either. Also no room has AC & it’s really hot!

Uinteressant område, med fulde/hjemløse folk foran hoteldøren. Ingen toiletartikler, selv efter vi gjorde dem opmærksom på dette og blevet lovet, at de vil bringe det op på værelset, så skete der ingen til. På værelset lå det brugte vatpinde og affald på badeværelse gulvet

Hidden Gem

Arrived at 0030 and quickly checked in. Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is very clean and under a bit of renovation work. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was continental pastries with cereal and tea/coffee We would definitely stay here again and will look out for the OYO hotels elsewhere Overall great stay and highly recommended.

Check in staff were super friendly. Room was great albeit a bit dusty. One cup was dirty. Breakfast was abysmal. Nothing topped up so left with hardly anything. Partner had to get breakfast from gregs next door. Hotel was spacious and modern.
