“Everything was great, especially the young blonde front desk agent when we checked in. Super friendly, informative, and efficient. However, the next morning when we came back from breakfast, a new older front desk agent with glasses was there and she had a giant unleashed pitbull with her, and it was blocking the front door when we opened, it the pitbull would not move.
