They did not give us a room in spite of showing them our hotels.com reservation. After arguing with them for a long time, I finally managed to convince them that I had a reservation, they gave us a room without a key and said we cannot all leave the room together. Of course, we had to leave and find another hotel. More disappointingly, when I reported the whole incident to hotes.com and demanded a refund since I could not stay a single night at this property, all hotels.com was to inform me that the motel was refusing to issue a refund and so they wouldn't do a thing. Although I have been a loyal hotels.com customer for a long time, and have never had to complain about my bookings before, this experience has convinced me never to use hotels.com again. Because I expect that they would have more responsibility towards their customers when something like this happens and not just shrug it off callously.

모텔이 아니라 여관수준이였어요.방 문도 안 잠기고 화장실 문고리도 없어서 치솔을 끼워 열고 닫고 했네요.변기도 깨져있고 넘 엄망이였네요.다시는 가고 싶지 않은곳 입니다.

최악의 무인텔
여자혼자 사용하기엔 위험한 동네에 있고 무인텔이였음 방에 들어서자마자 문이 있고 문을 여니 무슨 러브호텔도 아니고 티비가 켜져있는데 19금 영상이 나와서 도저히 무섭고 두려워 그 곳에서 잘 수 없어 돈 포기하고 나왔음. 무인텔이라서 여행케리어도 가지고 올라갈 수 없고 무엇보다 호스텔 되시는 주인사장 고객응대 말투 기분 나빴음. 다시는 이용하지 않을것임.
