“Poland Springs Resort had more than 1 Building however the Lodge was where we stayed and the Building & Rooms were very outdated. The bathroom sink was so clogged that it took approximately 10 minutes to drain. The carpeting was Brown which hid stains & had a musty odor. The locks on the Room Doors were from the 60’s - 70’s. On a 1-5 scale I give my overall experience a 2.”

“Stayed here for two nights as a family of 3 in a suite. The room was very cozy, had a pullout couch, which my son found kind of hard. The king size bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, bathroom was clean with a good shower. The pool was cold and small, would’ve been nice if there was a hot tub. We had a balcony overlooking the bay. The location was good, breakfast was ok, my food was lukewarm. There’s a nice pub across the road but be warned Canadians, bring your passport for ID, they...

The floor was sticky, buckled, and the floorboards were sticking up, causing us to trip on more than one occasion. The room smelled like pet urine on one side of the room. The walls appeared to be mid-renovation with many spackled holes that hadn't been painted and appeared to have been there a while, with new dings/scratches still left to fix.
