This hotel is amazing! We wanted to extend our stay! Friendly and helpful staff. Amenities were excellent, nice pool and spa! Rooms were clean and super nice and updated Garden was nice to relax in. Excellent breakfast included. Close to the train station and bus station and to the town of Chiusa which has great restaurants. We took the bus to the Dolomites from the main station. Super great stay. Hopefully will come back some day! 10/10!

We loved everything about our stay. The hotel is spectacular. The rooms are roomy, very nice. The pools and spa services are top notch. The location is great, Ortesei is a great town and base for hiking in the Dolomite’s. If you have a chance to stay at this hotel, do it!

Very nice hotel in Ortisei, excellent breakfast and dinner options with very diverse meals. There are two swimming pools and an indoor play room which was great for our kids. There are a few different types of rooms - some are older and some are new.

The hotel could not have been more charming and yet with all the modern conveniences and decor. The restaurant was great for dinner and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise in that it went beyond the typical continental fare. Don’t miss the fresh orange juice machine!

Excellent experience for all family members. Great breakfats are included (half board means free for guests). Dinner at hotel are sumptuous and elegant with wonderful services. Bar and wine selection are superb. Our room has a enormous balcony facing the immense meadow and far away mountain range. Everything about this was wonderful. The location with the view was absolutely stunning. The amenities were well appointed, everything from the spa and wellness, to bike and hiking adventures lead by the staff. They also have a private train station where you can hop on to the tiny train that connects to cities together. Which allows you to hike to one and ride the train back if you wanted.

Elegant old world charm with many delightful architectural details. Close to town, covered garage were nice perks. Internet in the room sucks.

The best place to stay in the Dolomites, hands down!

Excellent hotel with a walled garden area that protects it from the noisy road. Get the half board option- both the breakfast and dinner were excellent. We wished we had planned to stay longer than one night.

The property and rooms were immaculate. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have outstanding amenities to include a sauna, steam room, hot tub, and an outdoor heated swimming pool. The restaurant was outstanding. Cannot say enough about the hotel and the kind folks that run it.

Terrific stay with very pleasant rooms, great health and spa facilities (indoor, outdoor pools, sauna, spa treatment). Immediate and numerous hiking trails out the door into the Dolomites. Gourmet food for half board stays.

Centrally located, very charming property. Lovely buffet breakfast to start the day, wonderful indoor pool with sauna and steam room that were a welcome break from hours of hiking during chilly autumn weather. Would highly recommend!
