If you want to enjoy a calm and peaceful accomodation, this is the place. Well located to go to Aquacolors Kaufland, Konzum, and the like are within 5 km. No refrigerator but airconditioning in place.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und eine ganz wunderbare Chefin. Frühstück wird je nach Wunsch zubereitet und wenn man Hunger hat, dann kocht einem die Chefin nach Wunsch eine leckere Köstlichkeit. Diese Unterkunft kann man nur empfehlen.

Bon hôtel très près de Porec
Bon hôtel,bon rapport qualité/prix.Cadre calme,dans les champs d'olivier dans le village de Filipini.Idéal pour visiter Porec (3 à 4 h suffisent) et Pula.Grand parking.Bon et copieux petit déjeuner,mais ce n'est pas un buffet. Accueil sympa.A Porec nous recommandons le restaurant Saint Nikola avec vue imprenable sur le port,très bon service et très bon rapport qualité/prix grâce à un menu complet pour moins de 25€ avant 19h30

Great stay, can’t wait to go back.
Stayed for 7 nights, arranged transfers from Pula with the hotel. Service immaculate, free on demand shuttle to Porec (about 10 minute trip), breakfast on demand, no set time. Our room had a lounge, bedroom and a loft with a single bed. Had an evening meal on a couple of nights, no menu, it was what was fresh and in the fridge. Staff could not have been more helpful. Free room WiFi.

Lovely staff and a small hotel in a vineyard.
The staff at this hotel are really lovely. It’s in a quiet area but very relaxing. Breakfast is really good and we also had dinner which I would recommend if you just want to relax. Rooms are on the rustic side but clean and comfortable. The people are the highlight by far. Also make sure you try the local wine.

Quaint place in a quiet neighborhood. The WiFi didn’t work for us but we could see it was on. The location was wonderful and so was the food. Would recommend! Also, the staff were just great!

Parfait si on n'est pas exigeant sur la literie
Accueil personnalisé et agréable. Dîner pris sur la terrasse extérieure avec des plats simples mais délicieux. Cadre agréable, reposant et calme. Parmi les champs d'oliviers. Le jacuzzi est fonctionnel et delasse bien après une longue route. Ia chambre, très petite, avait un lit " double " d'à peine 120 avec un matelas très inconfortable. Sans climatisation, la nuit a été compliquée... Le petit-déjeuner, n'est pas un buffet, il est mais il est servi par le chef lui même. Très copieux et varié, des fruits frais, du fromage, des œufs, pain, crêpes, fromage Yaourts et j'en oublie. A ne pas rater !

Visite de porec
Établissement située dans une petite rue , avec parking gratuit. Très calme comme à la campagne. Un peu loin du centre de porec, véhicule indispensable ! Mais proche de 2 supers endroits pour manger et boire un verre . En arrivant , il n’y avait personne, nous avons dû chercher et appeler pour que quelqu’un vienne . Malgré tout, propriétaires agréables, simples et souriants que nous avons croisé plusieurs fois lors de notre séjour . La chambre est immense avec deux terrasses , salle de bain un peu petite. C’était propre. Petit dej servit en salle, du basic. A recommander si vous êtes véhiculé ou à vélo .

Best place to stay or eat in Istria!
Hotel Filipini is a lovely family owned manor inn. We were greeted warmly and arrived to helpful staff who carried our luggage to our room and then treated to some complimentary drinks. Dinner at their restaurant was amazing. Best food we ate during our stay in Croatia, beautiful fresh homemade pastas! Breakfast was lovely and our room was very spacious, with a nice balcony and beautiful antique wood furniture everywhere. Would stay here any time we are in Istria. Such a hidden gem!

amazing dinner. we arrived and asked to the fed. anything was good and left it up to Gorjan to determine our meal. he came to the table with an amazing plate of pasta with meat and local mushrooms, steak, sausage, grilled veggies and bread. enough that we asked to save some for our breakfast. A very pleasant stay!
The owners were extremely friendly and helpful and the food very good. Despite our arriving only at 9.30 pm we still got a delicious meal. The owner phoned the car hiring agency on behalf of us, which helped us a lot. The only drawback was, that the bed was too short for my husband.

Wir waren drei Nächte in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig zirka 7km ausserhalb von Porec. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind wirklich gross und haben zwei Balkone. Zudem gibt es eine sehr schöne Laube und das Landhaus ist umgeben von Eichen. Leider war es im ganzen Haus nicht sehr sauber und es wurde auch nicht sehr viel daran geändert. Uns kam es so vor, als ob die beiden älteren Betreiber etwas müde sind und das Hotel seine besten Zeiten schon gesehen hat. Dieses Hotel hat auf jeden Fall sehr viel Potential, man müsste einfach ein bisschen Herzblut hinein stecken.

Tento pobyt jsme si objednali na poslední chvíli, potřebavali jsme si odpočinout a odreagovat se. Fotografie hotelu a jeho zařízení se na internetu jevily velmi dobře,ale praxe byla bohužel trochu jiná. Hotel byl viditelně po delší dobu neupravovaný. Pokoje byly dost malé se spoustou nábytku a minimálním množstvím prostoru.Strávili jsme zde pouze dvě noci, neumím si představit, že bychom zde prožili týden dovolené, těžko bychom se srovnali - málo místa na věci.Pokud mohu hodnotit,podruhé bych do tohoto hotelu nejela.Do Chorvatska jezdíme každý rok, do hotelů nebo apartmánů, ale tento hotel zklamal naše očekávání.

Periodo: Ferragosto 2016.Zona tranquilla, immersa nel verde a poca distanza dal centro abitato. Personale educato, sempre cordiale, sorridente e disponibile. Camere spaziose, purtroppo manca il bidet e il fon. Suggerimento: si potrebbe installare un fon fisso a parete. Colazione semplice genuina e abbondante. Nel complesso più che buono e pertanto ci ritornerei.

Fantastisch kleinschalig familiehotel.
Fantastisch kleinschalig familiehotel met 8 kamers, waarvan er 4 geschikt zijn als familiekamer. De familiekamers( appartementen genoemd) bestaan uit 2 kamers met balkon. De familie Vlanvic, (vader Veljko, moeder Doesjka en zoon Goran) zorgen voor een warm welkom gevoel. Speciaal moeder Doesjka zorgt voor een uitstekende sfeer en bovendien zorgt zij voor een uitstekend ontbijt en indien gewenst een uitstekend diner.

ci aspettavamo qualcosa in più anche se sapevamo che erano 3 stelle soltanto. nel bagno niente bidè, ma deve essere uguale per tutti! appartamento molto caldo ci hanno dato due ventilatori e subito dopo un deumidificatore rumoroso! la colazione è abbondante la cena veramente buona quello che chiedi sei soddisfatto i proprietari veramente carini ti procurano quello che vuoi! Excellent hotel away from bustle of Porec centre. Very helpful owners. Room had fan rather than air conditioning and was very warm at end of July.

Süßes Hotel, aber nicht empfehlenswert!!
Für uns war das Hotel leider eine Katastrophe. Es ist zwar niedlich abseits gelegen und sieht auch ganz nett aus, jedoch waren die Zimmern ohne Klimaanlage im August nicht aushaltbar. Dh wir haben freiwillig auf dem Balkon geschlafen. Dort jedoch war es wegen der Hühner und gewissen Tier ziemlich laut und auch die auf der Tür hängenden Fledermäuse waren nicht so ganz angenehm. Bad mini und gesamt nicht sauber. Wenn der Außenbereich nett hergerichtet wrüde (sie haben dort einen Jakuzzi stehen, jedoch bei unsrem Aufenthalt gerade auseinandergenomen und gereinigt), dann wäre es nett. Leider herrscht eine Stechmückenplage.. Es wird ein Gelsenstecker im Zimmer angeobten, dafür müsste man aber die Tür zulassen und das ist bei 40 Grad im Zimmer quasi unmöglich. Ich habe ein Bein geopfert.

Keine schöne Lage - neben der Straße - laut!
Das Hotel war schwer zu finden- kaum Hinweise an der Straße ! Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und verwinkelt ! Die Familie ist sehr nett und bemüht - auch das Frühstück war gut! Insgesamt ein rauer Charme - mit Herz ! Lage - garten und Gebäude laden nicht noch einmal ein!

Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficié de notre réservation il y a eu un problème notre chambre n'était pas libre nous avons dormi dans un appartement nous n'avons pas voulu rester et nous sommes partis le lendemain. Malgré la gentillesse des propriétaires et leurs multiples excuses nous étions bien déçus.

Nette Gastfamilie
Wir verbrachten drei Nächte im Hotel Filipini. Die Adresse war falsch bei Expedia angegeben, so dass wir das Hotel nicht auf Anhieb finden konnten. Die erste Nacht verbrachten wir in einem sehr kleinen Zimmer mit Balkon. Zum Glück konnten wir einen Standventilator in der Nacht ins Zimmer stellen, da es sehr heiß war. Im Zimmer konnte man sich fast nicht bewegen, so dass wir gleich nachfragten, ob wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen können. Konnten dann am nächsten Morgen in ein doppelt so großes Zimmer wechseln, in dem wir uns auch wohl gefühlt haben. Die Gastfamilie war sehr nett und hat uns alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt. haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nahegelegen in derselben Strasse gibt es ein sehr schönes Restaurant, die Ranch, in der man sehr romantisch essen kann. Nach Porec in die City und dessen Stränden sind es nur ca. 10 Min mit dem Auto.

U hotelu sam proveo jednu noć, u wc-u nije bilo sapuna za oprati ruke, plahte su bile poderane, tv je stajao na nekom improviziranom stalku te je tv slika bila u rozoj boji. Krevet za dvoje nikako nije za dvoje te je jako neudoban, a pod tim mislim da je imao ulegnuće u sredini. Nije bilo mogucnosti preko noći držati provjetrenu sobu jer sam bio u prizemlju a grilje uopće nema. Naravno nema klimatizacijski sustav posto sam se tamo zatekao ljeti bilo je jako neugodno, sva sreća da je trajalo jednu noć. Doručak ujutro nije klasično hotelski vec dođe do vas osoblje pa naručujete neke od ponuđenih stvari.
