This was a lovely property, 3 levels, so not too big! Wonderful Staff! Always greeted by ladies at Front Desk and very kind young man who did all kind of jobs around the Inn...we always had a smile and always said Hello. The pool was very enjoyable and our room was very comforable and clean! Great Value and happy we stayed for 4 nights.

My main concern about the room was the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Almost like sleeping on a slab of concrete. And there was barely any lighting in the room; a small floor lamp and 2 tiny reading lights and the bathroom. Its hard getting ready at 4 am when you can barely see anything. Otherwise the place was nice, modern and the staff was very nice.

The beds were very comfortable, our room was quite , the only thing not working was the coffee machine in the room .

I was disappointed that I was expected to pay for Wifi. No complimentary breakfast, which was very disappointing after the price I paid for my room.

Expedia reservation shows a 5 usd fee for breakfast per person, however, the hotel charged 15.99. Expedia must fix this. It is not accurate and false information. Hotel did not offered any solution, even though I am Hilton Honor member. Hotel could provide travel toothbrush and toothpaste kit as well as one bottle of water in the room as courtesy.

Staff was super kind loved that there was a restaurant in the hotel for a quick bite, or for an amazing breakfast, which I had both definitely recommend

Just an overnight stay. AC was so loud kept us up all night. Fright out of service. Asked to check out 15-20 late and was told “we’re out of late check outs”.. seriously? this after calling at 845am and no answer at front desk, reached them at 10a and he said not possible he didn’t answer because he was there. Not looking to argue with the kid just stated a fact. We left 10:59 am

Dana was super nice I didn’t expect the 250 for resident of psl stay but it went back on my card so that worked out well. I have stayed there before and they never disappoint.

My mother is 91 on a walker and they put us far from the nearest access point to exit on the second floor. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows smelled.

Perfect, except……..
Everything was great except for wanting to charge $16 per person for breakfast. For a room charge of $170 for one night, at a well established and respected hotel chain, one would think breakfast would be free of charge or at least less than $16/person.
