“소개 사진을 봤을땐 좀 좁아보이기도 해서 괜찮을지 내심 걱정했었는데, 직접 가보니 로비부터 깔끔하고 방 컨디션도 좋았습니다. 직원분들의 친절함과 세심함이 인상적이어서 더 좋게 느껴졌던 것 같아요. 늦은시간 체크인도 문제없었고 냉장고가 작동이 잘 안된다고 하자 다음날 바로 교체! 바에서 얼음을 줄수있냐는 부탁에도 흔쾌히 주셨고 외출했다 돌아와 키를 찾을 때 아예 방 번호를 외우고계시다가 바로 주시는거에 감동 ㅠㅠ 뭐하나 부족한거없이 다 좋았습니다 :)”

“1. Extra Charges for towels I stayed at Sonder Atelier for five nights and it was the worst lodging experience. Upon check-in, I was given four towels, and when I asked for fresh ones during my stay, I was charged an additional €5. Even requesting room cleaning incurs an extra charge of €20–30. (There was no discounts at all for 5 nights stay.) I cannot understand why I was charged extra during a five-night stay when a one-night stay includes the same amenities—a clean room and towels—without...

“This apartment was lovely. The staff were very kind and helpful. They provided us with a selection of breakfast snacks which came in handy. The bed was vey comfortable and the décor was tastefully done. Great location for site seeing. The Duomo 10-15 walk. I will happily stay there again next time. Highly recommended”
