There is no elevator since the building is in a historic centre of Prague and the building is very old. Regarding cleaning, our housekeeping cleans the rooms and bathrooms regularly, but they have certain working hours, so if guests also do not clean after themselves, there might not be anyone to clean the bathroom. Moreover, if you saw somebody opening bathroom for somebody who was not staying with us, you should have informed our reception or security immediately. They would check the issue. Hello, yes I remember your case clearly. We have already apologized many times for the mistake that we could offer you only dormitory because no other room was available. Regarding payment, you paid your booking to expedia and not to us, therefore, they are the ones to refund you. We did not charge anything. I recommend to call expedia customer service, they will help you out. Thank you!

If you stay in dormitories, there are people you do not know and you do not know who they are. If you have some expensive stuff, you can always put it in a safe. The reception cannot do anything about a robbery, only police can. We called the police and we are cooperating with them. Regarding parking, as you have been informed, we do not have a parking place, you need to find your own, there are public parkings around. Moreover, you have booked a room with shared bathroom, which is clearly stated in our description when you make a reservation. Also, we do not know which room you stayed in since your review is anonymous, but you could have asked at our reception for another room. The hostel is not a family place, it is a hostel.
