“This hotel I stayed at was a horrible experience. They told me the only room available did not have air conditioning in this hot wheather. When I requested a refund, they said they could not because Expedia is a third party. Aside from sleeping in the heat with no AC,all the plug connections did not work, the bathroom shower was clogged, AND the maintenance crew knocked on our door at 1215, when we had a checkout at 1pm, because the front desk “forgot” to tell them. This is the worst experience...

“It served its purpose. We went for Baja and everything is super expensive that weekend so this was a reasonable price. The pool area was nice. The room was basic but clean. It would not be my first choice but for Baja beach fest it was what we needed.”

“The rooms are pretty run down, there is no AC and no hot water. The windows have no screens so if you want to open your window it’ll just be wide open. Because of this, it was hard to relax and sleep. You can hear every little noise. I got my purse stolen at the beach which held the key to our hotel room. When I got to the hotel and told them I had lost the key they sarcastically congratulated me which I did not appreciate given the situation. All in all, I would not recommend.”

“The rooms were clean and the location was a nice walking distance from Baja Beach Fest. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Not a place to stay with family or kids. Low quality foods, not maintained well, no air conditioning, bedding was not comfortable, very bad quality service and hospitality! Door locks accessing pool was broken, not well secured!”
