"The property was convenient to everywhere in Times Square. Perfect Location. Room was nice and relaxing. The windows would not slide shut so we had to use the long towels for the bathroom for the windows to stay warm throughout the night. Besides that, we had an excellent time. "

Staff came to check it out and stated it’s fine. While checking in I had to wait over 30 minutes due to no one being at the desk and I’ve called and you can hear the phone just ringing. "
