Unfriendly staff, the room was dirty, dust & cob web under bed lamp, not vacuumed throughly , see through curtain had what it looked like food or dried up vomit, left darkening curtain hem torn and hanging, white paint or spackle on the wall by bed, No toilet paper or tissue, phone didn't work (unable to call front desk). We felt that management or owner doesn't want people to come back. Awful experience. Property has potential, needs major update.

Where to even start with this property. It’s old and outdated and has not been renovated at all. The keys for the doors took 5 minutes to work after trying every single way to get them to work just to avoid going back to the front counter. The building are all separate and all doors say “use key for entry.” None of those door were ever locked. The facility was falling apart. Literally ceilings falling down in the pool room. No towels at the pool, or phone to call the lobby. Windows locked in the open position when it’s 10 degrees outside because there is no air flow. Cold are coming in to continue to make it more steamy so it makes matters worse as the ceiling falls down and water drips from everywhere. Our rooms were falling apart. Holes on the wall, patched but never painted. Faucets just spun around and around and weren’t easy to figure out how to get hot or cold water. Door knobs were the same, falling off or just spun around and around and didn’t know if the door was locked or shut. The mattresses were harder than the floor. Would’ve been better sleeping in my car to be honest. Breakfast was only to every type of grain possible.. bagels, toast, muffins, cereal, waffles, oatmeal… but not a single ounce of protein, or fruits. List can go on and on.

Expedia should remove this property from its listing. It was dark, dirty, no elevator for second floor rooms, so noisy, dogs barking, filthy, worn carpet that needed vacuuming. Bathtubs that were dirty, questionable linens, check in was sketchy. Could barely understand the clerk that was clueless. I couldn’t even stay at the property. I had to leave and asked for a refund. I was told i could only get the refund through Expedia bad experience

I stay here a couple times a year. The property is a little run down, but the location is good. The breakfast is disappointing, with lots of carb options, but no warm proteins. I very often skip it and get food elsewhere. In my last 2 stays there have been maintenance issues in each of the rooms. In one room there was a lamp with no bulb and there was no hair dryer, but you could see where it had been broken off the wall. In the other room, the furniture was damaged, also one of the beds squeaked really loudly any time someone moved on it, the back of the key card reader was missing, and the sink was stained and nasty looking (but still clean). However, my overall experience has been good, and I will stay here again

**BEWARE** I normally don't do reviews, but this hotel is an exception. We checked in and went to our room. The room had not been cleaned. The beds were unmade and garbage still on dressers. Well.. I thought stuff happens. Tried to use the rooms phone to call front desk, the phone does not work. Walked down to the front desk talked to the young lady. She checked the room and confirmed. She gave us another room. In the next room, it had been cleaned, but the battery in the fire alarm was expiring and it was chirping every minute. Again I tried to use the phone to call and have them change the battery. Again the room's phone did not work. Before I walked again to the front desk I happen to walk into the bathroom. Instantly I noticed that there was poop smeared on the door frame. Not just a little but two smears about six inches each. Showed my wife and she got our kids out of the room. Walked down again to tell the young lady. **In the end we got another room because we had too. We had plans and did not have time to search for other hotels. The third room had a slightly odd smell, but beds were made and no poop on the walls. The other thing is that, I asked twice to the young lady, Where is the manger? She could never tell me when the manger was going to be in. In the morning I never saw anyone at the front desk. There is a box to put you key in, no one to help you. The hotel is filthy, and should be reported to the health inspectors. Beware of this place.

Sadly, this hotel was very disappointing, especially for the price. The hallways and the room were absolutely filthy and stunk. The only thing clean in it were the sheets and towels, thank goodness for that. I will never stay or recommend this hotel again.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, however, the drain under the sink leaked whenever the sink was used and the shower faucet leaked as well. The motel would be much nicer if they would spend some money and upgrade the bathrooms in the rooms. The property has a lot of potential and character, it just needs some TLC.

The property seemed very old. Carpet needs to be replaced. The air conditioner was very loud as was the bathroom fan. The fitness center was a joke, broken equipment and only one set of dumbbells.

They didn't have my reservation, or couldn't find it. They checked someone in under my name 3 hours before I got there. Way over due for paint and carpet. Poor breakfast supplies
