We booked a room with King size bed. Our flight was delayed so we called to let them know we would check in late. Maybe around 10pm. They said fine as long as it was before 3am.
We go to check in and they say they overbooked the king beds and gave us 2 queens. We get a room that has adjoining doors to our neighbors. They are so loud. There are holes behind the door in the wall. The curtain coming down. The room was musty. The paint is peeling off the wall and trim. The bathroom had a can light that was just a hole with a large motion light bulbs in it. The tub slowly drained. The bathtub had a metal patch on the tub.
We checked out the next morning at 7:45 am. Told the front desk who offered to move us rooms. We declined because of the condition of the room we were in.
We went across the street and checked into Springhill suites. We should have booked there to begin with.
