We arrived to the hotel to be greeted by the most unfriendly and unprofessional staff member I have encountered. A lady was checking in before me and when she was told the elevator was not working she asked for a different room as she had a child in a wheelchair. The worker sighed, rolled their eyes and acted very annoyed that they had to look into a different room. As I was checking in the worker acted like I was wasting their time and it was inconvenient for them to assist us. We were given a room on the third floor. Once we got into the room we found that the sheets on the bed were covered in hairs, there was trash left in the garbage cans and the bathroom light did not stay on unless you held it in the up position. I originally went down to talk to the worker about switching rooms, however once I got back to the desk the worker ignored me and would not look up from their book. Eventually they did, not without making sure I knew it was an inconvenience for them, so l asked for a refund for the weekend. The worker stated that they would put in a request for the refund however no additional contact has been made and we have not gotten our money back. We were at the hotel for a maximum of 30 minutes. I have attempted to call the hotel to speak to the manager directly multiple times but each time have been told that they have gone for the day. Stay away from this one!
