The property was clean and the staff was great the only thing that was tough for me was the bed was hard for me and the breakfast was OK at best but overall it was a very economical stay and had a great location near the interstate which was important to me.

The accommodations were adequate. This is no where near Thanksgiving Point but there were vagrants in the back parking lot throwing rocks at the ground & cars when I arrived and it felt very unsafe. I cancelled my second night and moved to a different hotel.

The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were clean. The pool was cold but my kids enjoyed it. the hot tub was nice though. Breakfast was good, it had all the normal breakfast fixings, so that was nice as well. The staff was nice, but not the normal “friendly” attitude you except in hospitality, They just seemed shy! Overall it was a great experience for our 1 night stay!

Place is over priced, hallways were dirty, our room had a broken bathroom door. The pool was cold and hot tub not working. There was a sign stating it was down. We didnt feel unsafe while staying there and the breakfast area was clean. The breakfast was probably the best part of the experience. Probably won't stay again.

We arrived to the hotel to be greeted by the most unfriendly and unprofessional staff member I have encountered. A lady was checking in before me and when she was told the elevator was not working she asked for a different room as she had a child in a wheelchair. The worker sighed, rolled their eyes and acted very annoyed that they had to look into a different room. As I was checking in the worker acted like I was wasting their time and it was inconvenient for them to assist us. We were given a room on the third floor. Once we got into the room we found that the sheets on the bed were covered in hairs, there was trash left in the garbage cans and the bathroom light did not stay on unless you held it in the up position. I originally went down to talk to the worker about switching rooms, however once I got back to the desk the worker ignored me and would not look up from their book. Eventually they did, not without making sure I knew it was an inconvenience for them, so l asked for a refund for the weekend. The worker stated that they would put in a request for the refund however no additional contact has been made and we have not gotten our money back. We were at the hotel for a maximum of 30 minutes. I have attempted to call the hotel to speak to the manager directly multiple times but each time have been told that they have gone for the day. Stay away from this one!

The room was clean, and we loved having the hot tub to ourselves. The elevator was broken, which isn't too big of a deal, but I feel the front desk could of disclosed to us while watching us load our luggage on a cart knowing it was broken and we needed to just carry our things. But its all good!

don't stay here
service was not friendly. Front desk was rude, not helpful and never welcoming. House keeping ignored the the do not disturb sign and very rude about making the guest feel welcomed. They pounded on the door before 8. staff top to bottom was rude. They didn't respond to a simple hello greeting :(

Good stay
Good place for the money. Free breakfast, and hot tub were good. Room comfortable for the night. Little noisy but just what we were looking for. Good stay. Employees very helpful.

Great price - poor in room amenities
The room was clean and neat but we ran out of toilet paper and tissues (half-size sheets!). We were disappointed that there was no daily room service without asking. The comforter was stained but we didn't notice until we made the bed on our last morning. Great selection of items for breakfast but the sausage was rubbery and they ran out of several items even though we were eating mid-way through the breakfast time. It just could have been better.
