It was beautiful, the staff were wonderful! We had Adrian and Alan for our butlers and they exceeded our expectations! Always checking in to see if anything is needed and always happy. We would definitely go back! "

For example, the clearing crew should update completion on a computer, so front desk staff does not have to call. These inefficiencies are due to lack of good management and effective software. "

Beach was rocky and the water was full of seaweed but I know that's beyond the control of the resort. There are some areas of the pool that's a little dingy and missing tiles.
