We had an incredible 5-night stay at Pinnacle 220 with our family (2 adults and 2 kids, ages 12 and 15). The suite was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed. The staff truly made the trip memorable—they were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. (Shout out to Poncho & Johnny) The location simply can’t be beat if you enjoy exploring. We walked everywhere to amazing restaurants, coffee shops, the beach, local markets, and the Malecón. The rooftop pool was fantastic, and we loved being able to spend time there before walking down to the beach. This isn’t the typical all-inclusive Mexico vacation, and that’s exactly why we loved it. The walkable neighborhood and authentic local experience made it one of our favorite family trips. We’d absolutely stay here again. Tip for future guests: Pack a soft-sided cooler, reusable cooler packs and a beach blanket—they made our beach days even better! Highly recommend.

Amazing service and communication was outstanding when planning a surprise birthday week. Rooms are very spacious and clean with their own washer and dryer. The roof top pool has amazing views of the ocean and sunsets. Highly recommend this resort

The 2 bedroom condo was very nicely done and perfect space to relax and comfortable. the balcony was great for early morning coffee and late night relaxing. The best part was the staff and the rooftop pool. Fantastic views and the food service from there was very good. will be returning soon.

We loved this property. We all loved the rooftop pool and bar which had amazing service. They were friendly and tolerant of our kids and the location can’t be beat.
