Staff were awesome. Food was also great. Even the spa was really good…but it needs more fixing up and more cleanliness in the villas. Outside looks nice but needs lots of work. We should be allowed to use any of the pools around there but you are not allowed. You do not need to rent a car to get around and beach is 1-2 minutes away. But staff are great. Villas need to be updated and modernized.

Hard to find, with bad water,electricity's charge.

First of all, is very hard to find this hotel, No sign and not even the security guards of this property knows the name of this Hotel, The quality of the water is very bad, with a terrible smell, and the hotel charges you extra for electricity, about US$10 Per night, My worst experience with Hotels.com

The property managers and workers were all extremely friendly and nice. They addressed all concerns we had with the property in a timely manner. The Deluxe Condo was directly on the beach. The palm frond umbrellas were convenient and the beach worker set up chairs for us each day. It was nice that there were a couple of restaurants very close by. The owners of the condo should seriously consider making some updates and maintenance. We realize we were in another country, but the kitchen needs updating and the furniture is cheap. If we are going to be charged extra for electricity, I think they should just raise the rates and include that up front. The air conditioning unit in the living room needs updating as well. A neighboring guest told us their room was very nice and had ceiling fans. That would have been a nice option. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Please save yourself a trouble. This place is not good at all. From the day we checked in till the day we left. It was a nightmare. Our taxi couldn't find the place. The address was confusing and we couldn't find the office. When we finally found, it was in a small little hot room. The guy who checked us in made us paid cash for the non refundable deposit. He said, it's for the electricity that we had to pay. I was not aware of that at all. We only stayed for four nights, how can we consume $100 worth of electricity? I don't even pay that much in a month during summer. He was scamming people. So please don't stay at that place. They call it a resort, it's far from that. The rooms weren't good, stove wasn't working, bathrooms were dirty and one of the shower was broken, there was a problem with the drain too. They have big cockroaches. It was disgusting. For the price I Paid it was not worth it all, We could've stayed at very nice resort. Never again will I stay at that place. It looks nice in the picture but it wasn't at all.

Nada me gustó! Era completamente diferente a las fotos que tiene Expedia. Me sentí estafada, perdí mi dinero y tuve que pagar un AIRBNB de emergencia. Gracias a Dios ese sí estaba muy bonito. Nunca me sentí tan estafada como en este viaje. Decepción total.

Horrible la propiedad todo viejísimo, el clima tirando agua, nada higiénico, las toalla parece impermeable, las sábanas se ven el sol con ellas….. las imágenes que se ven en expedía nada q ver con el lugar! Y aparte carísimo 😔😔

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Extremely dirty, things inside the room were falling apart, looks like it hasn’t had any maintenance in years. The toilets leaked, and the water went out for 10 hours (not sure if this is common in the area or the property’s problem, but there was no communication about it). We had to pay for electricity (I know this is common in the area, but should be advertised with the price). No hand soap or any toiletries were in the room. When we first arrived, no sheets and we had to ask for them and then wait a while to get any sheets or drinking water.
