“Remarkably bad location. Not in Nanjing, but in the county outside the city. Took 45 minutes on taxI to enter the city. Hotel picture shows a highrise hotel-misleading! Only one floor of a hghrise and no signs with name of Shu Ge Hotel, but name was Bravo. No one spoke English, they had no maps of the area- were totally incapable of providing tourism assistance.”

“This apartment hotel loaction is not match on map of hotels.com. You should check location before reservation. According to hotels.com's map, this hotel location is near by Sanshanjie station but real location is on Xinjiekou station. It is 2 station stops more from Sanshanjie station. It's too far to walk with belongings. Good thing is that real hotel location is close to Xinjiekou station which is center and main street of nanjing city. So you can go everywhere if you want by walk or subway.”

The setting wifi service was extremely not friendly for their foreign customers if they do not have a local phone number.
