"We booked this hotel through Expedia expecting a clean and comfortable stay. Unfortunately, upon arrival the first room had serious cleanliness issues, including a noticeable ant infestation and an inappropriate item found under the mattress. We immediately reported it and were moved to another room, but that room had a non-working air conditioner. Because both rooms were not livable, we had to leave the property and book another hotel at our own expense. Before we left, staff told us not to check out and said we would not be charged and could receive a refund. That was later denied based on the hotel’s internal records. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised, and we were very disappointed with how it was handled and the lack of accountability afterward."

"Bed frames made creaking noises when uou sat down on the edge as well as when you turned over in your sleep. Return air vent was full of dust & fuzz. Lots of noise up & down the hall & LOTS of slamming doors. Nit a restful experience. "
