“I stay at the Alvear hotels regularly when I’m Argentina. This one leaves space for growth. It’s been years the card reader in the elevator is not working properly, while the valet staff is great, the desk staff are always rude very pompous. I had my phone die and instead of helping me to get a charger, or sending someone to get a charger which I would have paid for as a service they suggested I could leave my phone at the desk. They also when asking for a car service for transferring me to the...

“To begin at the beginning The hotel was directly next door to building which was being renovated The sound of jack hammers from 9:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday and the occasional Saturday made the room between these hours unusable When approaching the reception staff I was completely dismissed.
