The staff are extremely helpful, very polite, always smiling and ready to find the best solutions and answers for their guests. They added a bed to my children room so that my wife and I could enjoy our own separate room (the booking was for 6 people; 2 X 3 beds rooms). They supplied us with extra things that were not included in the breakfast buffet (such as virgin olive oil, sugar free Moroccan tea, etc.) I strongly recommend this hotel in Rabat.

Great hotel if you like to party every night!!!

My room was on the 2nd floor at the front of the hotel. A nightclub which exited at the front of hotel was open nearly every night until 4 or 5am. Very noisy from 2am until 5am most nights. I stayed 2wks total. Many taxies outside dropping off and picking up through the night. Luckily I sleep well but was woken up several times with horns beeping and many people shouting. As I had an early start each day, I was at breakfast at 7am when it was scheduled to open. It never opened on time. Normally anywhere from 7.05 to 7.20am, and even then they were not fully ready. So I was rushing breakfast every day. The hotel hot breakfast selection was cold on a few occasions and not heated!!! Location was good for central Rabat and getting around.

Excellent hotel, is 5 star in my opinion ,staff extra polite and helpful ,? The breakfast is exceptional., location of the hotel is simply the best , near to everything you may want to do ,the museum and mosque 10 mi walk ,Price per night is a great value . I recommend this hotel highly,, After Fez, we will stay here

PART 1 First of all, I don't write BAD reviews because I am also a businessman and I want to give every business a chance to grow especially in these harsh business conditions. Secondly, I am so angry, seething and incensed that I am writing this review immediately after the incident with the manager whilst I am still currently staying here. Today is Saturday 15/11/2025 and I am still currently at the hotel and I am due to depart on 17/11/2025. I have reported the fridge in my room as faulty three times, their technicians have attended two times and their excuse is that the card controlling the electricity supply to the room was not connected and hence the reason the fridge was not working for lack of constant electricity supply. They have eventually changed the fridge this morning (Saturday 15/11/2025) and the electricity to the room has been constantly on for the last 7.5 hours an the fridge is not working. I have again complained to the manager of the hotel and he himself came to inspect the fridge and he then asserted that the fridge was working and I disagreed with him because I know a working fridge and he cannot hoodwink me. The conduct o the manager that visited my room was NOT good either and he was very bullish and disrespectful in the manner he told me that the fridge was working. I am a landlord and I have over 60 fridge freezers and I know the temperature of a perfectly working fridge after 30 minutes let alone 7.5 hours.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Het hotel is wat ons betreft geen vier sterren waardig, maar eerder een goede drie sterren. Het personeel was daarentegen erg aardig en vriendelijk, wat zeker bijdraagt aan een prettig verblijf. Bij aankomst kregen we eerst een kamer waar de wc lekte. Dit werd gelukkig direct netjes opgelost en we kregen meteen een andere kamer. Dat hebben ze goed opgepakt. De bedden sliepen prima, maar voor een viersterrenhotel verwacht je toch wat meer comfort en voorzieningen op de kamer. Dat viel eerlijk gezegd wat tegen. Ook het ontbijt liet te wensen over. Een tip: zorg voor een kok die op verzoek een vers eitje of omelet kan bakken. Daarnaast zou het goed zijn om de melkproducten vers en ter plekke te presenteren in plaats van vooraf klaargezet. Dat geeft net wat meer kwaliteit en uitstraling. Al met al een redelijk verblijf, vooral dankzij het vriendelijke personeel, maar er is zeker ruimte voor verbetering om het niveau van vier sterren waar te maken.

Hôtel pas au niveau d’un 4 étoiles. Délabré Pourrait mieux servir d’hôtel de passe. Boîte de nuit qu’on entend carrément dans les chambres, aucune isolation sonore, on entend même les gens qui sorte de la boite de nuit sous.

Disappointing

Hotel rooms in need of updating. Smell of damp in the rooms. Impossible to get to sleep in the room I was given on the 2nd floor due to the music coming from the nightclub below Thump thump thump until 4am. I asked to change rooms and was moved to the 4th floor still directly above the nightclub. The noise was the same. Breakfast was average. Fresh orange juice incurred an extra charge, as did fried eggs. I also had to ask for hot water every morning for the tea. Why not just put it out? Overall, disappointing for the price and I’ll avoid this hotel in the future if I can.
