"Modern Westernized Hotel with a fantastic view of Lake Toya and wonderful staff. A 25 minute drive to Rutsusu ski area. Lovely soaking jacuzzi tub with views of the lake. We will definitely stay here again to ski Rutsusu. "

"Everything was lovely here. The fresh flower smells all over the resort. The plentiful food options, all top notch. We loved the indoor lap pool and of course the onsens were just spectacular. Thank you so much for and amazing and authentic Japanese experience "

"Bunks/rooms were bigger than expected, clean, secure, plenty of storage. Great community, good restaurant (slightly pricey, but with top 5 best bacon cheeseburger ever, and I know cheeseburgers well). Breakfast was very good and plenty of cals for hard skiing. Friendly staff. Other walkable izakaya and onsen nearby, you can crawl to Moiwa, or take bus/walk to Niseko United. Gate access between the 2 takes some experience. I'll be back."
