“Hide (owner) is such a kind and compassionate person. On arrival he gave us fruit and there were many snacks provided in the rooms. Many of the other days he would give us more fruit and then a lovely gift when we left. Every day he was so helpful in removing all the snow from our vehicle before we left for the ski fields. Hide is what makes this hotel such a pleasant place to stay. Thanks Hide, we loved staying with you!”

“My family visited Milky House Inn in Niseko during the week of Christmas. The place is walking distance (5 mins) to Ski slope. The house staff are very friendly and go out of their ways to accomodate customer needs; my mother needed a phone charger so one staff drove one of us to a near by 7-eleven late at night. “BAD. The WORST!! 1. First of all, no one is professional in this place. No one was there to check me in when I arrived. So that was a bad first impression. 2. Rooms do not have proper heater. They use gasoline oil heater and the rooms smell like gas station with old car engines burning. I did not feel safe sleeping in the room that smells like that.
