"Très bel hébergement! Il manquait peut être un peu de vaisselle pour cuisiner. De plus l’annonce indiquait pour 6 personnes mais n’avais de la place que pour 5 personnes (par chance nous étions que 5). Mise a part ces petits détails tout était parfait. Nous avions oubliés une montre et le personnelle c’est occuper de tout pour nous l’envoyer par la poste! "Hotel was elegant and well maintained with many great facilities. The Onsen experience was excellent with large traditonal public baths on site. Within the Onsen there was a variety of different pools available. The buffet breakfast and dinner was good but had a limited number of vegetarian options. Our room was a traditional Japanese style which was very small and made smaller once the four futons were assembled. The room was very warm, with air conditioning unavailable. There was also a additonal charge for a futon for my 15m old child despite her being in the original booking. Also be aware of the hotel tax payable on checkout."

"We stayed here for two nights. Both dinner and breakfast were fabulous. Although there are fewer options compared to some other Onsens, they rotated food each day. The grilled steak in the dinner was super and it was paired well with the house Cabernet Sauvignon. The location is great for hiking in the autumn and we hiked up the overlook next to the gondola exit. We were surrounded by the majestic mountains including Mount Yotei."

"What a lovely place! It’s basic but has everything you need - clean, fridge, a safe and kettle & green tea, The bed was so comfortable. On one of the floors, there’s two microwaves and a seating area. I used this and it was very clean. There is a small Onsen and laundry facilities (which I didn’t use). I did use the Onsen facilities in their sister hotel directly opposite - wonderful! Highly recommended."
