The only problem was mostly the constant foul smell in our room, since we were only staying for the night, we didn't want to spend too much time worrying about it, but it did ruin our experience a little."

The property layout is a puzzle, and while the amenities like the newly renovated onsen are a great perk, having to walk across the massive property to access 2 different elevators to get to rooms from the parking lot took away from the experience. The staff were exceptional but not expecting the attached theme park / merry go round inside the hotel made this an experience I would not book again. There is also a monorail connecting to the Westin across the street."
