Excellent service, along with beautiful rooms and dining (breakfast included with the dinner an option) are further enhanced by an open bar lounge and free shuttle to the lake shore for fire works. "What a lovely place! It’s basic but has everything you need - clean, fridge, a safe and kettle & green tea, The bed was so comfortable. On one of the floors, there’s two microwaves and a seating area. I used this and it was very clean. There is a small Onsen and laundry facilities (which I didn’t use). I did use the Onsen facilities in their sister hotel directly opposite - wonderful! Highly recommended."
