โHide (owner) is such a kind and compassionate person. On arrival he gave us fruit and there were many snacks provided in the rooms. Many of the other days he would give us more fruit and then a lovely gift when we left. Every day he was so helpful in removing all the snow from our vehicle before we left for the ski fields. Hide is what makes this hotel such a pleasant place to stay. Thanks Hide, we loved staying with you!โ
โThis place was our (group of 3) favorite during our travels to Hokkaido. It was much cozier than the pictures convey and the sauna was a welcome luxury after skiing and very snowy days. It was majestic to be able to walk to Ukimido Pagoda on a moody weather day, then come back to our cozy lodge. It was so helpful to have a washer/dryer and plenty of drying rack space near the heater. There were many good restaurants just 20 minutes from the lodge near the south side of the lake. I checked in late at night due to Flat tire, but the host waited for me and responded kindly and took care of me.
The room was very neat, spacious and quiet.
And It's also good to take a walk in front of the accommodation.
I often go to Japan for snowboarding, So I will visit this place again.โ
