"The friendly staff, their service is outstanding. There is a dedicated person who welcome you, carry your bags, give you a tour of the facility and the room. The room is clean and comfortable, great amenities, the only thing that I do not like is they blast the heater to high, even with lowering the temperature, it is still very hot. The room came with dinner and breakfast. I did not tell them in advance that my husband is allergic to diary, So there have no time to amend the menu for dinner. But for the breakfast, they were able to substitute all dishes with diary with alternatives. Service is excellent and over and above. "

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room had a beautiful lake view, and we were lucky to experience the fireworks show right from the hotel, which made the evening extra special. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing — perfect for enjoying the beauty of Lake Toya. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!"

"Great breakfast options. Japanese, western or buffet. I chose western. Premium fresh fruits, pastries, famous Hokkaido milk, different juices and many more. The outdoor onsen is beautiful. Our room with lake view, we could see the lakeside fireworks at night and beautiful sunrise in the morning. The best of all, they let us check in early since our room is ready. And the check out time is not till 12 pm. White gloves staff services through out the hotel. The room is extremely clean. We would definitely will come back. "
