“This hotel was absolutely perfect in every way—from the facilities and staff service to the food. Right after booking, the staff reached out to check on my dietary restrictions, preferences, and how I was getting there (even offering a pickup). They were quick to reply to all my questions. When I arrived, check-in was done in a lounge with a nice welcome drink, and they kindly explained everything step-by-step. “The hotel was generally so good and satisfying. All staff were kind and attentive, Onsen was very great, especially, the best thing was that we can enjoy it with all family members at the outdoor area~!!! Also, Breakfast and dinner were super delicious ~!!! This is highly recommended~~😍 But, one thing to be improved is bedding. There were some stains and dust… should be kept clean. ”

“Clean, renovated room. But no bathtub in the room. Attentive staff, and good vibe. Parking lot is off site which need shuttle bus.”
