Gentilissimo Claudio,purtroppo questa recensione negativa va a danneggiare esclusivamente l'hotel e non Expedia. E' un voto negativo che Lei dà all'hotel Columbia. Lei ha prenotato la notte del 9/11, ma si è presentato non il 9 ma il 10/11. Se avessimo avuto camere libere avremmo potuto ospitarla ugualmente nonostante il suo errore di prenotazione, ma l'hotel era al completo e non c'era nessuna camera disponibile. Abbiamo solo potuto aiutarla a trovare posto altrove. Potrebbe gentilmente rivalutare il suo voto, la sua recensione, ed eventualmente recensire negativamente Expedia su altre piattaforme di recensioni?Grazie e buona giornata

Gentilissima Chiara,Grazie per il punteggio pieno che fa la felicità di tutti all’Hotel Columbia di Marina Romea.Ogni anno investiamo parte del budget per migliorare il servizio e la struttura. GENNAIO 2021 : abbiamo sostituito tutti i condizionatori in tutte le camere: abbiamo scelto DAIKIN ultra silenzioso. Abbiamo realizzato 3 nuove aree gioco per bambini nel nostro family hotel. Dal 2017 al 2020 abbiamo ristrutturato tutti gli spazi comuni, sostituito tutti i letti e materassi con prodotti DORELAN ed aggiunto fino a 10 nuove prese elettriche e USB a disposizione in camera!!Un caro saluto dalla città dei mosaici bizantini Giovanni Gardini

Gentilissimo Thomas,Riuscire a soddisfare pienamente le vostre aspettative e magari riuscire a sorprendervi anche un po’ è il massimo a cui possiamo ambire e quando ci riusciamo sappiamo di essere riusciti a dare il meglio.Approfitto per comunicare che anche quest'anno stiamo rinnovando i servizi e la qualità offerta. Abbiamo sostituito a gennaio 2021 i condizionatori in tutte le camere con modelli DAIKIN ultrasilenziosi. Abbiamo realizzato 3 nuove aree gioco per bambini nel nostro family hotel con playground indoor ed outdoor.
