“Nice clean property. But telephone in our room did not work from the time we arrived in our room, went back down (4th floor) notified front desk clerk ( who acted like it was an inconvenience , so not only did it not work at all , but message light continually flashes red day and night on nightstand. Phone was never fixed.”

“I had a great overnight stay for a quick trip to town. The hotel was conveniently located near Bixby, where I was visiting family. The hotel was comfortable and quiet and close to many conveniences. Staff was great and helped resolve an issue with Expedia that resulted in a small delay checking in.”

“It was a pleasant stay, helpful staff. Room was nice bed was comfortable. Best Days Inn we've been to. Breakfast is a cold breakfast that was complimentary. Can't beat the price!”

“Holiday Inn is always a pleasure to stay at - well maintained facilities, great rooms that are modern and in good condition. A nice gym which is always welcome and great to be able to do a workout. Breakfast included is great - unfortunately the use of paper plates and plastic cutlery detracts from the otherwise well appointed atmosphere and high standards…. Would always opt for a Holiday Imn property if I have the choice.”

“Overall great experience and quality for the price! Obviously it's not a name brand hotel but the place was very clean and nice. Staff was helpful and courteous! There were a few minor things I would expect to be little better like having more towels and wash clothes already in the room and the tv remote didn't want to work half the time but we didn't use the tv much anyway. The AC worked great and the beds were actually very comfortable! I would definitely book there again!”

“The hotel was very nice. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Staff were friendly and quick to help. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing I didn’t love about the experience was that they allowed people to smoke in the casino. The first floor did not smell fresh.”

“Breakfast is below average and would not depend on eating there again. My room AC had a very noisy sound coming from the AC. The guy at the front desk came up and looked at it. He then changed the room to one down the hall. It was fine and no more noise. The hotel is old but the rooms are OK. It's my rating of average for Tulsa, OK. I will look for another hotel next time with a better breakfast offering.”

“My staff was almost excellent. The facility was experiencing some updates and therefore a little construction was going on. However, the plastic sheeting and prior notification of what I would see was appreciated and very helpful. All the staff from the front desk to the servers for breakfast to the housekeeping staff were very friendly. Made the stay pleasant!”
