Between the 2 of us 6 of our showers were ice cold. The cafe they advertise was never opened. The staff was great. Except there’s no do not disturb signs so even when we asked for no service they still came in. Balcony and view was nice.”

“Good location. Pool was nice.”

“Easy in and out; cleanliness; staff; parking”

“Excellent hotel. The staff were very helpful in many ways. The view from the balcony was of the harbor and it was amazing. Loved every minute of our stay.”

“We stayed at building D Sapphire Beach Resort. Beautiful balcony and views. The unit was clean and comfortable. Pool was beautiful and always had a wonderful breeze. Beach bar was just okay. Only had seating along one side of the bar. The beach in front of the beach bar and restaurants was nonexistent, very narrow. For some reason we weren’t allowed to get chairs placed down at the wider part of the beach because of where our unit was located. Because we were renting there we didn’t pay to rent...
