"Well, at least the air conditioning worked. The room was very dark — no light overhead as you enter. The room was dirty— the chair, the carpet (wet), towels threadbare. Check-in was a person televised through a kiosk. No place to plug in a phone or electronics. Very surprised… have stayed at LaQuintas before but this one needs a total renovation. It’s in a business park and near a major arena — you’d think they would want to renovate. Also left a nice jacket and have been calling for a week, no one answers and it disconnects. No reply to emails either. Hotel.com should check this out before recommending."

"Hotel was close to arena where we were going to a show. Transportation to and from arena was available on the hotel grounds which made the evening that much easier. Easy check in and very friendly staff. Food was within easy walking distance."

"Outdated. Smells like bleach covering mildew. Opt for some place better if you can. They attempted to keep it clean but it is pretty dated and has some aspects that are in disrepair. (Clogged sinks). Noisy appliances. Did not use pool so have no idea if that makes up for the rooms. "

"Excellent location for the adjacent Sawgrass Mills shopping centre, and also a convenient walk to Amerant Bank Arena. Reception staff very helpful, room a decent size with a very useful fridge (believe all rooms have a fridge). Nice and clean. Plenty of restaurants within a very short walk"

"The premises & room were clean. Staff was pleasant & efficient. Breakfast was good. "

"The entire staff was GREAT from start to finish!!! However, when I was showering around 12am there was no hot water in the shower or sink. The beds were uncomfortable and the room NEEDS more lighting. The space in the room was extremely tight, the foot of the beds were almost touching the dresser."
