" The staff was extremely kind and accommodating when we arrived very late due to flight delays, and we truly appreciated their help and friendliness during check-in. Unfortunately, the property itself is very tired and in desperate need of a renovation. Our room showed significant signs of age and lack of upkeep. There were dead bugs in the room, and the bathroom was especially worn — with chipping paint, rust, a dripping faucet, and visible mold. Overall, the condition of the room made it feel like the hotel is long overdue for a facelift. While the staff did their best and were very pleasant, the condition of the property unfortunately overshadowed that positive experience. Until the hotel is updated and properly remodeled, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others."

"Didn’t really offer much, even the breakfast options. Waffle maker, potatoes, sausage, oranges, toast and a few yogurts. Our room had a “beat up” feel.. the sink was slow to drain and the toilet paper holder was on the floor. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but it wasn’t an excellent one, either. It was average, it was clean. I’d stay there again. "

"We were given a room that was not cleaned, advised staff who said they'd send someone and after 3 hours of being away, no cleaning. We were told our room was moved and someone would bring us the new room key but no one ever did. So we went to the desk to complain and the clerk was apologetic and kind. The supervisor tried to refund resort fees but needed someone else to assist with that. "

"When we first arrived at the hotel we noticed that the AC wasn't working well. It was HOT in the room all throughout the night despite us dropping the temperature down a few times. First thing the next morning, we called guest services and spoke with Ms. Jeri. She did everything in her power to make sure my family and I got another room and were comfortable in the comparable accommodations. The whole staff is helpful, kind, and friendly, but Ms. Jeri always goes above and beyond to help. The rooms are nice and clean and the complimentary breakfast has many options to choose from. We will definitely visit again."
