"Nice hotel in the middle and lovely part of Reims with a reasonable underground car park outside the front door. Reasonably priced. Nice room. Would be happy to go back. The person on the front desk was particularly unhelpful. We arrived at 12pm, before check in time 3pm having travelled overnight to get there. This person didn’t check, just said we can’t check in. We went back at two just to check again, and again the person didn’t check and just said no. Literally could not have cared less.
