"Our 1st room had bugs of some sort, the cover & sheets were stained & ripped. We told the front desk who then gave us another room. No bugs, but no shower curtain. We told front desk who then tried to hand ME a curtain to hang. I told him I'm not hanging it- it took hours for someone to come do it. No time to wait for them so the floor was soaking.The microwave cord was too short to reach to plug- so couldnt use the microwave. With all that being said- I am grateful we did not have to sleep in the car."

"This hotel is very run down. The hotel was under construction and it was not specified in Expedia that the hotel is going through construction. There was no breakfast room or a lounge. Elevator was not in service. The carpeting is very old and musky the rooms are very tiny and outdated and the linen and bedding is old. This was not worth the price"

"If you are looking for a bare bones place ro sleep for a night, it was fine. The room was mostly clean and the bed was comfortable. The website advertises breakfast, which there was none--only coffee. It also says the rooms have irons but they do not and were told they were instructed by Wyndham to remove them all. The parking lot was full of garbage. The toilet only flushed if you pulled the lever from inside the tank. No bath mat, so be prepared to get out of the shower to slippery tile and there was only one hand towel so couldn't even put that down. Safety lock on the door was broken off but there was a deadbolt."

The kitchen staff was especially friendly and concerned that everything was what we had expected. Our first time at Drury but not our last. We have already told many how we enjoyed our stay."

"Room was clean upon arrival. Got Charged cleaning deposit but in the 2 days I was there housekeeping never came into my room. I had clean towels for the first day I was there and was not able to get another shower after that. They had unexpected deposits that should have been disclosed at time of booking. This hotel is a indigent hotel and the noise level was a problem. The hall way stunk of cigarette smoke which seeped under the door into my room. I was supposed to get $58.00 refunded to me but have not received anything."
