“Ideal for what we wanted. Breakfast was really good too.”

“Staff were friendly who we saw. Very limited parking even street parking is limited due to permits needed. No breakfast even though it stated breakfast. Rooms could do with an update. Bar area is nice to have a drink and can imagine in the summer would be a great place ”

“Nice location in the open air, the lodge was ok, not posh and luxury, needs a bit of tlc ”

“An absolute delight. We shall be returning for a longer stay.”

The room unfortunately had a lingering smell from what I believe were the drains in the bathroom. Check in was not particularly warm or welcoming. Room decor feels out of place with the history of the building.”
