โIt was always a great stay and the place is quiet popular among the transit travelers to and from Logan Airport.
The common area is well decorated and spacious.
Our room was a large King bed with accessible bathtub. The water is hard, and, there is a suspicious stain on the orange sofa, that needs a deep cleaning. But everything is in working order.
The breakfast was superb, with fresh fruit salad and egg muffin toasts, boiled eggs, fruits, juices, and great coffee and some others.

โWe had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Salem. So clean, comfortable and beautiful! We didnโt get to try the rooftop restaurant because it rained most of our visit, but the Counter on the first floor was very nice. Staff went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The location is unbeatable โ just a short walk from many major attractions, and only about 10 minutes from Back Bay Station. We walked everywhere during our stay! The hotel has a cafรฉ and a Mexican restaurant on the first floor, as well as a bar in the basement. Convenience stores and Whole Foods Market are nearby, which made it easy for us to grab fruits and snacks.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was seamless and efficient โ we appreciated being able to reach them easily via text, and any requests we had were addressed promptly and thoughtfully.
Our room had a shared bathroom, but we were very impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. Towels were provided generously, and the shared bathroom and shower facilities were spotless. The bedding was also clean and very comfortable. Thereโs even a microwave available in the basement, which was a nice bonus.
Thanks to this hotel, our Boston trip was elevated to a whole new level. It was truly the perfect place for our family, and if we ever return to Boston, we wouldnโt hesitate to stay here again.
