โIt was always a great stay and the place is quiet popular among the transit travelers to and from Logan Airport.
The common area is well decorated and spacious.
Our room was a large King bed with accessible bathtub. The water is hard, and, there is a suspicious stain on the orange sofa, that needs a deep cleaning. But everything is in working order.

โThe only critic I have is that the lobby need better air conditioning. There is one tiny one on the ceiling in the back of the room. There is no air flow, vent or ac unit by the check in desk. The staff are soaking wet and whilst checking in/out/or buying stuff I could hardly breathe and was extremely uncomfortable. The staff works very hard and are very kind. If i worked in those conditions every day I assure you I would not be as pleasant. So please reward them and get them one of those hang...
โI am local to Hull, Ma. just a short 30 minute ride to the hotel. On my birthday, I wanted my adult children and their families and a vacation beach getaway. However, we were unable to travel far. This hotel hit the mark for what I wanted for my birthday without the far commute.

The location is unbeatable โ just a short walk from many major attractions, and only about 10 minutes from Back Bay Station. We walked everywhere during our stay! The hotel has a cafรฉ and a Mexican restaurant on the first floor, as well as a bar in the basement. Convenience stores and Whole Foods Market are nearby, which made it easy for us to grab fruits and snacks.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was seamless and efficient โ we appreciated being able to reach them easily via text, and any requests we had were addressed promptly and thoughtfully.
Our room had a shared bathroom, but we were very impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. Towels were provided generously, and the shared bathroom and shower facilities were spotless. The bedding was also clean and very comfortable. Thereโs even a microwave available in the basement, which was a nice bonus.
Thanks to this hotel, our Boston trip was elevated to a whole new level. It was truly the perfect place for our family, and if we ever return to Boston, we wouldnโt hesitate to stay here again.
