"The location was fantastic! The entrance to the hotel is right next to the train stop from the airport. We were Kitty corner to the hop on hop off bus main bus stop, and a few minute walk to the ferry wharf. Best location ever! We stayed 4 nights and found we could have used more places to hang coats and towels. The single towel rack in the bathroom was inconveniently located so the wet towel touches the toilet paper. But that is my only complaint. The adjoining restaurant was very good. The French toast with caramelized bananas was fabulous! The double-decker turkey sandwich was lovely and had a wonderful side salad with shaved Parmesan. You can’t beat the convenient location. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Rooms are tiny. If you're staying by yourself you should be fine. Drinks and food are crazy expensive. One vodka redbull is $25.00. Service at both bars is slow, and expensive, and not very good. Better food and cheaper drinks at places close by. Only good thing is location to some attractions."

"Toilet splashed water all over us up Into the air everytime it flushed and it wouldn’t flush anything down unless you did it 10 times. Bathroom door didn’t work. No fitted sheet on the bed. Phone in room didn’t work. Mini fridge was disassembled looked like someone was making a bomb with the parts. lol. Outlets didn’t work. The staff was completely unalarmed about these things. Literally my daughter and I thought we were in a SNL skit. Otherwise awesome location and wasn’t dirty. "
