"When checking in, I was told I prepaid my room via Expedia, however i would be charged an additional $140. Only $100 would be refundable, however the $40 was not. They explained it is to cover additional costs such as complementary water and 10% discounts at their restaurant. I accepted 2 water bottles and told my husband to enjoy his $20 water. We did not eat at the restaurant."
