โThis was our first time staying here and will be our first choice in future. We chose it based on his close location to Norrh End and Seaport. The hotel itself was beautiful and the marina with all the beautiful yachts made the outside views of harbor amazing. โ

โQuiet and clean, while still being convenient to the subway and bus lines and attractions. Breakfast was a nice touch with cereal, fruit, pastry and lots of tea options. Young vibe in the neighborhood because of the Berklee College of Music nearby. Lot of restaurants within walking distance, including many vegetarian-friendly. I especially liked the Pho Basil that was within 5 minutes walk. Highly recommend.โ
โStaff were wonderful. Check in was easy and we were able to be in early. Parking was super simple. Room was good. AC worked perfectly. Need more towels in the room though. โ

"After check-in, I was informed of a technical error and was asked to move to another room when I returned late at night. The new room seemed to be a downgrade from the original one, which may have been an accidental upgrade. I was given a few breakfast coupons, which I appreciated.
The new room was on the top floor, but I did find a bug inside, which raised some concerns about cleanliness. The location of the hotel is excellent, but overall, Iโm not sure if I would choose to stay again."
"We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, which made our trip to Boston even more special.
The location is unbeatable โ just a short walk from many major attractions, and only about 10 minutes from Back Bay Station. We walked everywhere during our stay! The hotel has a cafรฉ and a Mexican restaurant on the first floor, as well as a bar in the basement. Convenience stores and Whole Foods Market are nearby, which made it easy for us to grab fruits and snacks.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was seamless and efficient โ we appreciated being able to reach them easily via text, and any requests we had were addressed promptly and thoughtfully.
Our room had a shared bathroom, but we were very impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. Towels were provided generously, and the shared bathroom and shower facilities were spotless. The bedding was also clean and very comfortable. Thereโs even a microwave available in the basement, which was a nice bonus.
Thanks to this hotel, our Boston trip was elevated to a whole new level. It was truly the perfect place for our family, and if we ever return to Boston, we wouldnโt hesitate to stay here again. We are deeply grateful for the warmth and dedication of the staff โ thank you for making our stay so memorable."
