(Reception staff only, tended to be a little stand-offish Breakfast very good on the Wednesday- maybe because I made it before 9am! All in all, a very good stay. Only downside is by location on the highway- not able to walk anywhere on foot (shopping aras on the opposite side) "

"Excellent facility and grounds. This is a newer building with spacious rooms, plenty of parking, a gym and a nice heated indoor pool. Hotel staff are professional and friendly and the rooms are pleasantly clean. The location is also very convenient for anything Boston or exploring the North Shore. I would comeback there every time!"

"Pick up took 45 minutes. The driver told me he had been waiting for pick up for 15 minutes which was a lie since I had been standing in the same spot for 45 minutes. The lady answering my phone calls was very slow at helping and I had to call 6 times."

"The best part of the stay was front desk guy Oscar. So helpful, so industrious, answering phone calls checking people in responding to guest texts, he remembered my name about airport shuttle pickups, so friendly and professional. I was disappointed that I had to call an Uber to go to the airport as the shuttle only starts running at 5am which isn't early enough to make a 7am flight. 😔. But 5 stars for Oscar!! "
