“No parking space”

“This location turned out to be good although we had our doubts from the map. It is a relatively new hotel, the rooms are clean and a great size, the staff is great. We really enjoyed the breakfast, although they did not offer any options with decaffinated coffee (interesting because the barrista made all kinds of other coffees.) In any event we really enjoyed our stay there...”

“Great location, short walk to downtown shopping and restaurants. Parking is a challenge near the hotel. All in all, it was great spot, and would reccommend.”

“I usually aim to leave balanced reviews, but our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. We didn’t receive self check-in information until we contacted the property on the day of arrival, which caused unnecessary stress. Once there, the front door passcode didn’t work — not just for us, but for several other guests who were stuck outside in freezing weather during a Reykjavik snowstorm. It's advertised as self-check-in, but it should't be called "Self-Check-in" Hotel if the codes...
