Location is 10 minute walk from the center. There is new staff no check-in that was surprising at first. Otherwise a clean safe enjoyable stay . Bed was very comfortable.

Happy with our stay, good value for money. Room was spacious enough to fit our suitcases comfortably. You can park for free across the street from the hotel or one block over. ~20ish min walk to the busy area. Breakfast was light but good enough to get going for the day. We had no issues with our check-in code but we saw one person outside talking with the property because theirs wasn't working. Overall we were happy with our stay given the price point.

This was our first time of doing a self check in with no staff and it was quite confusing also there was very limited parking which should have been posted in the Expedia ad But the location and comfort was awesome

Lots of construction going on during the day for renovation. Easy to get into room and it was nice to have luggage storage available. The bed needs a new mattress as there was a definite worn/slumped section.

After checking into a couple self check in places we realized that you must enter the code in slowly, it seems if you press the numbers quickly that it doesn't recognize it and fails. Once we figured it out the self check in went smoothly.

The positives of this property/hotel are: decent location, clean/modern room on the inside, refrigerator in room, priced competitively. The negatives are: pile of trash next to front steps of property (for 5 days or maybe longer since I checked out), no room cleaning/trash removal for duration of stay (particularly challenging for longer stays), thin walls/noisy (both internal and external, especially with people coming and going all day/night for various activities and if you have a front facing room), no staff on sight. Overall, the price was right, but the trash/noise/lack of cleaning made for a less positive experience.

This is the hotel without onsite staffs, you need to keep communication well with facility for self check in and out. It’s comfortable, quiet and clean but available communication is essential for anyone to book this hotel

Check in and out was super easy. The room was good sized for our family of 4. The shower was clean with good pressure but the drain was a bit smelly. The coffee service in room including a refrigerator was nice.

Self check in made it quick and efficient. They sent messages with clear instructions. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and good black out curtains. Have to pay for street parking. Good location as well. Would stay again! Thank you!

Spacious and clean room. A bit far from the center but free parking in the area which is good. This is a good enough hotel I would say, but I wouldn’t book it again as I would want to be closer to the center and I prefer 24 hour open reception.
