Hostel B47 was a great place to stay. It was easy walking distance to the Main Street and the kitchen facilities are fantastic! We got woken up each night by other residents who forgot the code and got locked out but this isn’t the hostel’s fault.

This is a very clean hostel (including the shared bathroom!) in a convenient location in Reykjavik. We are a family ages 55, 54, 18, 17, and we would definitely stay again—even we parents would stay here if traveling on our own. We were very pleased and the savings allowed us a spa adventure!

I stayed in one bedroom not shared. Its clean, quiet and I like that I can lock the door when I use the bathroom. Its 3 blocks away from the church and walkable to Reykjavik downtown. Also, another reason i stayed in this hostel is that they have free parking. I would definitely stay again if given a chance i come back to Reykjavik area. Highly recommended. :D Thank you for an awesome stay that made my first trip to Iceland a memorable one. See again next time.

I’ve stayed at both hostels in this property. I booked a private room this stay. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly. There was a light out in one of the bathrooms but there was no wait time for showers. The kitchen is located at the back of the hostel so that was a little difficult to find. I like the location as everything is walkable. I will stay here again 😊
