“**Wonderful stay at Riad Rcif in Fes** We are so glad we chose Riad Rcif for our stay in Fes. From the moment we arrived, the service was fantastic. The hotel manager was wonderful—so kind, welcoming and genuinely helpful. They couldn’t do enough for us and always pointed us in the right direction, which made our stay feel very easy and enjoyable. The riad itself is beautiful and steeped in history. You can tell how incredibly proud they are of the property, and it really shows. We were also...

“Perfect!”

“This was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Morocco. Not only is every detail of this Riad intricate and beautiful, but the generosity and hospitality of the staff was incredible. Salim, the front desk person went above and beyond. From communicating directions for finding the Riad to offering free tea and water daily, Salim, Abdul, and the other staff made sure I was well taken care of. The rooftop breakfast was also high quality and delicious. I cannot recommend this Riad enough!”

“They are wonderful people Very niiiiiice hotel”

“Habitación agradable y limpia, el personal muy amable y servicial. Buena ubicación ”

“I could not locate this property, called several times and even messaged them but no reply”

“Il riad e' bellissimo. Abbiamo cenato dentro al riad, una cena deliziosa ed esclusiva (eravamo in 4!) i cortili sono bellissimi, le stanze hanno le lenzuola bianche e pulite, cosa che apprezzo moltissimo. Colazione eccellente.”

“We only stayed one night but would have enjoyed staying longer. The staff was very friendly. The manager was very helpful with tips about the medina and the surroundings and was a genuinely lovely person. The Riad was a bit tricky to find with Google maps since we were sent in directions we were not allowed to go through. The last 50 m you have to walk since the Riad is located in one if those narrow alleys. The entrance is very unassuming with only a dark metal plate next to the door giving the...

“The best part about this riad were the people. But like any other riad in the medina, it is always tricky to find and there are steps and inclines involved. If you have luggage or are not physically fit, it can be a challenge. I am pretty sure none of the riads have elevators. Room was large, but quite dated. There were few restaurants close by. Had a dinner prepared by the staff and it was very authentic and excellent.”

“Next to the main road where you can get a taxi. The proprietors were kind and constantly inquired us about our stay to make sure we were well taken care of.”

“Expedia rates this Riad as "impressive". Well, they're many impressive riads in Fez, but this is not one. The building is nice and could be a wonderful riad, but it's poorly managed and maintained with a result far worse than in pictures. It's definitely not a 4 starts hotel, as pretended, rather a B&B. Two people take turns 24 hours, sleeping in the sofas. They do their best, but this is not the kind of service one can expect. Breakfast is correct, not excellent. The rooms in the upper floor...
