"This was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Morocco. Not only is every detail of this Riad intricate and beautiful, but the generosity and hospitality of the staff was incredible. Salim, the front desk person went above and beyond. From communicating directions for finding the Riad to offering free tea and water daily, Salim, Abdul, and the other staff made sure I was well taken care of. The rooftop breakfast was also high quality and delicious. I cannot recommend this Riad enough!"

"Location was good, right in the middle of the medina, but can be tricky to navigate too with people trying to “help” but always asking for money. Room was decent but had a lingering smell of urine and although door secured, a very large crack between the doors that anyone can see right into your room. Staff offered help & recommendations but seemed all they wanted was tips as well."

"We had a fantastic stay at this Riad that we ended up spending one more night here. Starting from the beginning, we were welcomed with freshly brewed mint tea. The host offered us lots of usual travel tips and also checked on us regularly to make sure we‘re alright. The room is spacious and decorated beautifully. We witnessed two other couple of customers with similar situations, one of them being told upon arrival. In the end, first night we stayed in another hotel booked by him and next night we had to move again to the hotel originally booked without being told with enough time, however he asked us to move again and we refused."

I gave them a copy of my reservation from Hotels.com and they told me they were not registered with Hotels.com. Furthermore, the hotel was full. It was a horrible, horrible experience I cried.
