"This hotel is easy to reach and makes a good spot to rest if you have a long layover at Frankfurt airport. Check-in was very simple at a kiosk in the lobby, the room was clean, and WiFi worked well."

"The place was great, nice room. We were traveling with kids and chose the hotel because of the pool. Unfortunately upon arrival we found out that the pool was closed due to technical issues, and the front desk offered us free breakfast as compensation. That was thoughtful and the breakfast was indeed fantastic, but it didn't help with entertaining the kids. However the forest was wonderful! Definitely recommend a walk to run ifif you're at this hotel."

"Good location, although somewhat hard to find when coming out from Arrivals at Frankfurt Airport (there are signs, but they are not well spaced, with lots of big gaps). Some temperature problems in parts of the hotel during a heat wave - but the room was OK with the air-con running hard. Check out was a bit slow, would be sensible to have a few staff early in the morning when many people need to leave an airport hotel. But the staff member was very helpful once one got to her."

"Everything you would expect from a hotel, very large family room and my daughter said the sofa bed was really comfortable. The area is close to restaurant, station and river but the homeless on the streets makes it quite sketchy and uncomfortable if you are not from a busy city."
