“The inside of the house was good and we were generally happy with the accommodation itself. However, unfortunately our experience outside the property was very different. The access and parking area was extremely tight, with a lot of bins and rubbish nearby and an unpleasant smell. The most upsetting incident happened on the second morning. “The house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldn’t climb the stairs. We arrived to overflowing bins which smelt very bad and they weren’t sorted until the following morning. The photographs are clearly out of date as the accommodation is tired and is used as a HMO.”
