โWonderful modern hotel in the heart of Liverpool. Awesome staff, big room with nice design. I lived my stay there and would return anytime. Anyway two topics for improvement: The mirror in the bathroom needs a light, I could not shave myself properly and the desk needs a lamp as well. โAbsolutely brilliant from start to finish. Staff amazing nothing too much trouble. Had booked twin but got double, they sorted quickly and gave voucher for free drink for inconvenience. Came back to new room with gorgeous surprise birthday cake card and another free drink voucher. Hotel is stunning too. Canโt fault anything would love to return, โ
โVery nice hotel.Will stay again.Its a city hotel so yes the drinks are expensive. Paid ยฃ25 for breakfast but it was topnotch. Spa is expensive at ยฃ50 for 2 hours. However I went off-peak at 08.00 for ยฃ30 which is a bit better.
Had 2 requests while there. One for Decaf T-bags and another as we needed toilet rolls. Both requests were met with delivery to room within 10 mins. Excellent service. The whole experience was first class. Thank youโ
